Days 1–2
Split
Settle into the city, explore Diocletian’s Palace and the Riva, and give yourself a quieter half-day around Marjan. Sleep in Split.
Days 3–4
Hvar
Take a confirmed passenger service to Hvar. Spend time in town and choose one slower outing rather than packing every bay into a day. Sleep on Hvar.
Days 5–7
Dubrovnik
Use an operating seasonal connection or revise the route via the mainland. Explore the Old Town, then leave time for Lapad or a nearby island. Depart from Dubrovnik if practical.
