Make the old town your introduction to Istria, with time for seaside walks and a relaxed coastal day.

Inland Istria
Move towards Motovun. Explore one or two hill towns, and book a food or wine experience with transport considered in advance.
Days 6–7
Pula & the south
Visit Pula’s Roman heritage and choose a weather-appropriate coastal outing. Keep departure day light.
Make it work for you
If you prefer fewer hotel changes, use two bases and visit the third area on a day trip.
